This policy explains what Escalera Home Safety collects when you use this site, call or text us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use a form, call or text, we collect your name, phone number, email if you give it, and your parent's town and anything you write about the house. If you text a photo, we keep it with your request.

How we use it

We use it to call you back, book a visit and write the report. We call your parent only after you and they have agreed. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Reports and photos

A visit report goes to the family only with the homeowner's okay. Photos of a home are kept with the report and are not shared.

Asking us to delete it

Call or text (585) 555-0100, or write to hello@escalerahomesafety.com, and we will delete what we hold about you and your parent unless the law asks us to keep it.
