How billing works

Paid at each visit, stopped by a text

  • Nothing ahead

You are invoiced when a visit is done, by email or a card over the phone. No contract.

  • Cancel by text

Text us before the next visit is booked and the plan ends. You pay only for visits already made.

  • Move a visit

If your parent is away, or it is snowing, we move it to another week in the same season.

Questions

Questions about the plan

How is the plan billed, and how do I cancel?

The plan is billed at each visit, not in advance, and you can stop at any time by texting us before the next visit is booked. See the plan page for what each visit includes.

Is the plan insurance?

No. It is a set of scheduled visits. It is not insurance, a warranty or a service contract, and it does not cover the cost of repairing anything beyond the time and parts of a visit.

Is there a minimum charge?

A single visit is the minimum. It covers the drive, up to 90 minutes with two people and the written list. Materials are billed at what we paid for them.

What if it snows on the day of a visit?

We call and move it. A winter visit is mostly indoors, so we move it only for roads, not for weather alone.
